Living my life living by the principle of dishonesty would be rather terrible. Sure, parts of my life would have been more easy, that's a given. However, no one would trust me. I probably wold have said I would draw someone's commission and then just take their money without giving anything in return, not only is that not legal but that's just a terrible thing for a person to do. Those people then would demand money back and would have never suggested me to other people looking for artists to commission.
I would probably have no friends either because who wants a friend that always lies to you? They'd be no fun to be around, and quite frankly, you couldn't even tell if that person is using you or actually wants to be your friend!
