"Stress: mental, emotional, or physical strain or tension."
Stress is having too much for what you can handle, it is to be worried about something so much that it strains/drains you both mentally and physically.
ie. having too much homework that's too hard may stress you out. Or maybe not understanding something a big test is on. Maybe your family is going through hard times and that may stress you out.
Stress can cause headaches and make you look and feel really angry or frustration, though after a while it can eat you away to the point of feeling like giving up, this can make someone really sad.
fist clenched, teeth clenched, teary eyed, slumped body, tense body, screnched up face. figiding. looking down/away. has a lot to do with fetal position. often holding head in their hands are an indication of stress.
