What makes me... me!

 

Gah... You mean I have to talk MORE about school?

My very favorite subject is History. I cannot explain why I am so fascinated with the past (the 20th century in particular), I just am. Most the stories I write take place in the past and I blame all my pointless research on the subjects on that, however I just love history. I place my stories in the past because I love history, I don't research history because of my stories.

I also love art. Drawing and painting is just so fun! I also enjoy English. However not as much as the other two subjects. There isn't enough story writing in it--the one that I apparently do good at (though I have a feeling this year when i am to read Hamlet I'll do well due to the fact I've read the play five times over in order for me to write a story of mine.)

 

Now. Subjects i do rather dislike include math and sciences. I'm terrible at them and simply find them no fun!  They're all too technical for me. I'm no good with numbers and as for biological part in science... I better know the outside of the human anatomy than the inside. The insides do not strike much of an interest in me. Also, Gym. I am a very lazy person so physical activity is my natural enemy.

 

5 facts about me:

  • As a child I was put into isolation due to my cancer--this is probably the reason for my shyness and anti-socialness.
  • I spend a lot of my time on the computer drawing and/or writeing romatic tales. Normally I draw the characters from these stories. This stories i write seem to naver take place in a now-a-day era. I do like the idea of writing in different time periods such as the time of Norse Folklore, the Victorian era, the russian Revolution, and world war two.
  • I am very interested in history and I spend a lot of my time researching historical things for stories or my own interest.
  • I also take a great interest in the minds of killers and find myself listening to many documentries about them.
  • I do not have a very long attention span. i always have to figit if you expect me to listen. This is why I doodle a lot.


Hobbies:

 

I draw and write a lot. Romantic things then to be my speciality despite the lack-there-is of romance in my life.

Though, in an extreme opposite i do rather enjoy drawing gore as well (not so much writing it). I have no idea why that is.

Other from that, I do not really have any other hobbies. 

 

Favorites:

 

My favorite book was "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie or "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. Go figure, I love writing romance however I love gore-filled books filled with insanity and murders.

My favorite song would probably be "Afterlife" by Avenged Sevenfold--you know, the band that made a song about killing your girlfriend and sleeping with her dead body? That was the first song I had heard by them. Most of their songs deal with death and insanity. It's hard to imagine I listen to this kind of music as I write these really cute lovey-dovey scenes in stories. I don't even understand myself sometimes.

My favorite movie of all times is "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas". It was just so sad and adorable at the same time! If you didn't know, it's about a little German boy who comes across a camp and befriends a Jewish boy his age.  I don't mean to spoil it or anything, but my favorite part was the most heart breaking. The German boy goes under the fence, dresses as a Jew and tries to help the Jewish boy find his missing father... then they're let to the gas house. I cry every time!

Ahh, what am I missing... Oh! I know!My favorite video game is a RPG called 'Ib'. It's about a girl who gets trapped in a painting world. Soon this girl, Ib, meets a man named Garry who helps her along the way. They then come across Mary who is a painting girl (this is unknown to Ib and Garry) and eventually tries to kill Ib and Garry. Depending on the ending you get either Garry dies, Mary Dies or they both die.

Tumblr is a blogging site. I use it for an art site to watch other artists and 

to upload work in progresses and doodles.

 

Deviantart is an art site where I upload a lot of my drawings

and have been for any years.

My summer...?

I really didn't do much this summer.

I watched countless documentries, spent countless hours drawing often staying up to ungodly hours of the night (or morning).

Went to an anime convention with my friend. I even dressed up!

My friend and I watched many seasons of the show 'Bones'.

I went to Kamloops for two weeks and did absolutly nothing but sit there on my laptop as my friend did the same.

This here class...

I took this class simply becaus I take great interest in computers. I love digital arts, I love making my characters come to life (through animation) and because I am nt really good at anything else. I should take classes I'm good at so I could maybe move on in these subjects.

 

Computer skills:

I can work a tablet, type and MSPaint. That is all. I really an not skilled--I don't even know how to use photoshop despite  always drawings (I use paint tool sai, though). I have limited flash skills too, I suppose.

I wish to learn more about Photoshop and Flash in these classes.

At home, I have Painttool Sai, a simple drawing program. I have Microsoft word, but most computers do. Other from that, I really do not have any other programs.

Me me me...

I've always lived in Surrey, I have just moved a lot inside the city.

 

Sometimes mom would take me camping for vacations. However, on a band

trip I went to China. That was very memorable.

My parents have been breaken up since I was in grade 7. Now I live with my Mom and younger brother. I have two pet cats and my mom has a dog. My family is fine and there really isn't much to say about it.

Some important events in my life includ when I was dignosed with cancer, being stuck in isolation for a year and a half due to it (I was dignosed a week before I turned six), when my first pet cat died (I cried the entire weekend. I was eight then), both times my parents broke up (once when I was 8 the other when I was 12 or 13). It seems everything important to me and my past is dreadful, I just find it hard to remember good things like the family trip to Disney World the Make-A-Wish foundation gave my family or times with friends.

 

My Friends...

 

I do not have many friends, maybe this is because I find it hard to be social or maybe it's because I just don't like people.

Though, the friends I do have are great. there is Brianna, she and I have been friends since kindergarden. She moved to fleatwood when we were in grade 4, and then later she moved to Kamloops. She and I visit eachother every summer and sometimes in the winter too.

Bethany and I have been friends since grade 6/7. She and I write stories together and have been since grade 7. We started a story with these creatures we made up called "Siruses". I shalln't go into detail about them, however they're demonic winged beings. We started with "book one". now, in that series alone, there are 13 stories. All are romatic and very violent.

i also have school friends, Chelsea, Kristan, and Kyla. I met Chelsea in grade 7 but Kristan and Kyla in grade 9. i can't say I know any of them too well.

In ten years...

 

I have no plan with my life. in ten years I probably won't make it big. I might have a minimum wage job,  free lance art commisions, maybe I'll even get a story published.

I do not have any work expreiance, either. All I have is a certificate that proves I've had a painting in the Surrey art gallary. Other from that, I haven't really done anything with my life.
